![]() ![]() What is this?Įventually I need to move on from MYOB, but in the meantime I need a quick solution. No mention of V18.6, but it says there is an Accountedge Network edition available for free download. I log in to the my.MYOB portal to see what downloads are available. Ok, so now my blood pressure is really rising. After 10 minutes on hold MYOB just hung up and cancelled my call. I asked about Mojave and v16, he said he had no idea, and that he didn't know anything about computers.Seriously? So I asked him to put me through to support. He said it would "probably" work with multiple company files. Is this true?Īlso, I received an email from MYOB a few days ago offering a free upgrade to V18.6 but it said in fint print only valid for one company file - I have 8 registered with MYOB, will these work? I phoned the number on the email, the sales guy had no idea. ![]() My question is, will my AccountEdge Pro work with Mojave? I know MYOB keep saying that it's fine as lng as it's not Catalina, but the AccountEdge on my computer is V16, which is old, and I found a system requirements section on the internet that said you need V17 or V18 to work on Mojave. I can't install Catalina obviously, but I could install Mojave which would be sufficient for my other programs to work. Currently using 4 files, some for businesses that are winding down anyway, so super annoyed that MYOB are ditching AccountEdge and wanting everyone to buy a PC or move to the cloud.Īnyway, my Mac is currently using El Capitan, which is an old OSx now, and I need to upgrade operating system for my other programs I am using to work. Bought it out-of-the-box years ago, and have 8 active business file licences. Like many, I am a disgruntled AccountEdge user. ![]()
